As the head of Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Centre and a member of the Editorial Board, I am delighted to preface this edition of IJPR, with appreciation of all the efforts behind it.Health research should be considered as a tool to help policy makers, industries and others to tackle problems, improve the quality of life and build healthy communities. So, besides basic research, that has its own importance and is a necessity for high quality scientific research and nurturing good scientists, a part of research should be devoted to solve national health problems, especially when the resources are limited. I believe that even basic research should mainly be a foundation to deal with professional, industrial and commercial issues.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The signaling system as one of the main components of the railway network, has a decisive role in the capacity of the lines and the headway of the trains as two major indicators in evaluating the performance and safety of the railway networks. The dynamic safety distance in the moving block signaling system and its adjustment based on the position and speed of trains is a suitable approach to optimally use the capacity of railway network lines and reduce the headway of trains. In this article using the fuzzy Petri net, a model of block in the railway signaling system and the simultaneous dispatch of several trains in a fixed block has been presented. In fact, by using the fuzzy Petri net, a moving block structure is considered next to the existing fixed block. For this purpose, a decision is made by defining control variables and fuzzy membership functions for them and defining fuzzy rules, taking into account the safety requirements regarding the permission or lack of permission for the follower train to enter a block. The main innovation of this method is to provide the possibility of benefiting from the benefits of the moving block system without the need to change the previous system and as a result increase the reliability compared to the moving block. From the results of this method, we can mention the increase of network capacity and reduction of headway train.

Abstract: 

Dynamic behavior study of elastic structures under moving loads is one of the most famous problems in different engineering fields. In this study, dynamic stability of a simply supported rectangular plate under periodic passage of moving masses is investigated using Floquet theory and strained parameters method. Considering effects of all inertia components of the moving masses, the governing partial differential equation of motion is derived. The Galerkin’ s method is applied to reduce the governing partial differential equation to a set of ordinary differential equations. The periodic loading across the plate results in a time-varying equation. Considering a straight path for passage of moving masses and applying the Floquet theory and strained parameters method, the dynamic instability of the plate and coexistence phenomenon are analyzed. In addition, defining a diagonal transition path of moving masses over the plate’ s surface, the significance of the coexistence phenomenon and also sensitivity of plate instability to mass transition paths are investigated. Numerical simulations validate the accuracy of both methods results.

Abstract: 

Today, measuring brand equity, especially in fast-moving consumer goods industry, is a great challenge for corporations. Although, there are several researches and articles on brand building and brand equity, few focused on system dynamics approach. The mainpurpose of the model is to identify, incorporate and simulate generally observed dynamics of customer based brand equity in fast-moving consumer goods. Therefore, in this research adynamic model is introduced and examined. The objective of the study is to present a simulation model, which introduce this evolution path. The model has mapped according to the Aaker brand equity concept and developed by system dynamics approach. Using computational dynamic models can create a new source of information, which can equally inform academics and managers about dynamic application of brand management. For this purpose, a model is developed that can be implemented comfortably and be used for conducting continuous scenarios simulations and characterizing brand equity through examining causal relations of variables.

Abstract: 

The real-time video surveillance system has become an integral part of our life and Highways play a very crucial role in transportation. For a transportation system to work, the management of highways are necessary. It also prevents accident and other challenging issues on highways. Various machine learning and artificial intelligence based techniques are evolving with numerous advancement in this domain. These algorithms are efficient and very less time consuming. So the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence in transportation systems and highways could be very beneficial. In this paper, various approaches related to moving vehicle detection for the transportation system especially for highways are considered. The literature also reveals for existing research for the machine learning and AI based methodologies to resolve more complex real-time problems. The proposed work is also compared with the existing peer methods and demonstrated better performance achieved experimentally.

Abstract: 

This study explores the motivational components within teacher rating systems and their impact on professional growth motivation. Employing a systematic review approach, it investigates texts pertaining to teacher rating systems, motivation, and professional development literature. By examining various texts and research findings on teacher motivation, factors influencing teacher ratings based on general, specialized, and professional competencies, as well as experience, are identified. Drawing parallels with Herzberg's motivational theory, this study provides recommendations to bolster teacher motivation and job satisfaction through improvements in the rating system.
